The time you see on the tour page is the first pickup. The bus works its way around the historic center for a few minutes and calls at each place in order; that is why the exact time for your street is set the night before, once the bus list is closed, and sent to you on WhatsApp along with the name of the meeting point if one is needed.

The time can shift by a few minutes depending on your area and the morning traffic. Be ready five minutes before the time you are given.

What you get the night before
On the morning of the tour
- Passport: they ask for it at the Tourist Ticket checkpoints.
- Cash in soles for the entrance fees, if you did not add them when booking.
- Have breakfast: lunch is at 12 pm in Urubamba and there is no food stop before that.
- If the bus is not there ten minutes after your time, message us; do not go looking for it on other streets.
Where the day ends (and where it does not)
The return routes drop you in the center of Cusco, not at your hotel: from there you walk or take a taxi. The routes ending in Ollantaytambo finish at 3:30 pm inside the archaeological park, a 15-minute walk from the train station; there is no transfer to the station and no ride back to Cusco. We say it here because it is the difference that most surprises people who book the night before without reading the tour page.
Bookings for tomorrow: non-refundable; you can move the date if there is space, and we reschedule or refund if we cancel because of the weather.
