Is there space tomorrow in the Sacred Valley? Ask before you pay

Yes, you can book today and leave tomorrow, online until 8 pm (Cusco time). Before you pay, tell us the departure and how many of you there are: we answer on WhatsApp with the seats left for tomorrow, with no surcharge and no made-up numbers.
Deadline for tomorrow: 8 pm (Cusco time, GMT−5). First date available: tomorrow.—

We do not publish a seat counter because the real availability for tomorrow sits with the person who closes the bus list, and that is who answers you. Pick your departure, tap the button and you get a short reply: how many seats are left, roughly when the bus reaches your area and the payment link for that departure.

Why you will not see “only 2 seats left”

Groups are 17–18 travelers at most and the count moves during the day. A counter on the website would be a guess dressed up as a fact; we would rather the answer came from the person who closes the list. What is exact on this page is the countdown: it tracks 8 pm Cusco time, and once it passes it stops offering tomorrow.

Bookings for tomorrow: non-refundable; you can move the date if there is space, and we reschedule or refund if we cancel because of the weather. Tell us early, get more back →

We say so in the same reply and offer the alternative: the other route at the same departure time, or the same route ending in Ollantaytambo if that works for you. In high season (June to August) it pays to ask in the morning; the rest of the year there is usually room until the afternoon.

You can, from each tour page, but we do not recommend it for tomorrow: if the bus is already full we would have to offer you another departure or refund you, and you would lose time. A WhatsApp message takes a minute and avoids both.

No. The prices are US$32 Express, US$30 Classic and US$1 less on the versions ending in Ollantaytambo, today, tomorrow or a month ahead. There is no last-minute fare and no card surcharge.

Tonight, as soon as we confirm your payment: approximate time and pickup point, on WhatsApp. It can shift by a few minutes depending on which part of the historic center you are staying in.

Yes, online until 8 pm on Sundays too; we run every day of the year. What closes on Sunday is the office on Av. Tullumayo.

As far as the bus allows, yes; from 8 people the private tour usually works out better, and for tomorrow it is quoted on WhatsApp. The cancellation terms for groups and private tours are agreed case by case.
